Tyler Sakata is a brand and visual designer based in Richmond, Virginia.
Currently studying at Virginia Commonwealth University's School of the Arts, where I'm pursuing a BFA in Graphic Design. My work spans brand systems, editorial, type, and motion — with an interest in the tension between structure and expression.
Outside of school I lead design at PokeTroveFinds, a collectibles brand I co-founded, and design for RearViewRascals. Before that, I spent a year building data-driven storytelling at the Global Career Accelerator.
